Die Heyne-Fabrik
In former times it used to be a metal-screw factory and facon-turning shop built between 1896 and 1913.
In 1981 the investor Josef Pultuskier bought the building which was partly destroyed during the Second World War. With a keen sense for “ancient flair” combined with modern architecture, he was able to prevent the building’s demolition, which today counts as industrial monument having received various awards.
Today the Heyne-Fabrik presents itself as a modern supply of services and location of creativity at the Rhein-Main interface area, where several small companies, ranging from the sectors of communication, design, fashion and architecture, have found their domicile.
